I need some serious help I'm 13 male?

Ok I got staph or known as MRSA I got that taken care of but I have been sick with it for around 6 days and I had staph before but I never got this sick ALSO I had this rash that started on my legs and arms 3 days ago that started just looking like dots and a few bumps and didn't itch and now it looks like sunburn and is itching on my stomach chest arms and face and it won't stop if you have all the answers for tHank you
