PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME! STAPH?

About a year ago i had a boil by my vagina that was MRSA Staph infection. The doctors lanced it twice and gave me ALOT of antibiotics. It has been gone since then, but just now i felt pain and a bump right where my scar is from it last time. This just showed up today. Could it have came back in the exact same spot? Please help me im very worried.
