How do you get rid of bags from underneath ur eyes?

Ok, so I am 18 and I have big bags underneath of my eyes from sleeping so much. For the past few years I have been sleeping alot and I have bags underneath of my eyes and do not know how to get rid of them. Can they be removed? Or will they go away overtime? Any suggestions or thoughts? Oh and by the way, if u have I would rather not have surgery. So, if anyone would help, I would greatly appreciate it.
