Can I afford a condo????? What is the first step?

Unless the condo is selling for $30,000....your monthly amounts are off. Most condos that I know of are close to $700-800 per month in JUST taxes and HOA fees.....not counting a single cent of mortgage. Are you sure that you are calculating INTEREST into your monthly mortgage payments??
