Am i getting a reaction to augmentin?

i had a really bad rectum rash and went to a dermatologist and it went away then i got a staph infection on my leg and was perscribed augmentin. last night was my last pill and today it seems like the rash on my rectum is starting to come back. could this be cause of the medicine?
