I'm pretty sure I have Pityrosporum Folliculitis....?

Pityrosporum folliculitis is more common on the trunk than the legs. At this point would not be able to prove a fungal infection since it is clearing. Don't mess with success. The response to an antifungal cream doesn't prove a fungal infection, but keep using it. Once you clear, use it about once weekly. There is no risk to regular use of an antifungal. If it flares despite the ongoing use of an antifungal, see the dermatologist to test the area and try to prove the diagnosis. Also this may have happened on the legs up from the feet if you have athlete's foot. Use the Tinactin on the feet as well.
