Help with gaining weight?

hi im 15 5'3 and i need help with gaining weight ive been eating lean chicken,broccoli ,eggs,oatmeal drinking water and i even ate french fries twice and i weigh 121 i was 135 instead of gaining weight i lost weight and i'm trying to get to 140. the reason im trying to get to 140 is because of wrestling but my coach also said i also need a strong core so also abs i already have abs but i think its just because i run alot and im 121lbs now i just to gain weight and get a strong core so can anyone help me out? should i get to 140 by eating right but adding something like pizza once in a while and then do core exercises to strengthen my core?
